Il Palio’s 4th annual extra virgin olive oil dinner party; Thursday September 28th
Chef Teddy Diggs of Il Palio restaurant and special guest Gennaro Villella, the producer and importer of Villella EVOO Olive Oil and the former chef at Il Palio restaurant team up once again to deliver an exceptional dining experience. Travel through Italy’s top 5 olive oil producing regions with a 5 course dinner that chef Teddy served at the prestigious James Beard House earlier in the year. Through each course chef will present the uniqueness of each region and it’s native oil. Chef Diggs will match the soul of each oil with its respective course while Gennaro shares his immense knowledge about one of Italy’s most cherished ingredients.
The event will begin at 7:00 pm with a multi-course menu for $140, including a bottle of Gennaro’s extra virgin olive oil, wine pairings, tax and gratuity.
