Best Wishes for a Happy & Healthy 2008

January 15, 2008

Dear Friends,

First off, Best Wishes for a Happy and Healthy 2008!  Our hotel guests and partiers rang in the New Year with a jubilant celebration complete with dancing, rocking music, talented artists and yes, champagne and oysters on the half shell.

Our engineer, general manager and chef are meeting with the Orange County Waste Management team to evaluate our current methods of recycling and “green” practices.  We already filter and re-use our cooking oil, re-cycle metal, glass, paper and plastic, however, we are dedicated to improving and implementing existing efforts to make sure we are acting as efficiently as possible.  I’ll let you know about our progress!
